No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning. The ASPIREX Aspire to Travel Sweepstakes (hereafter referred to as the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Leisure Rewards LLC dba ASPIREX Private Member Benefits (“we” “we”, “us”, “our”) with an address at 30 N. Gould St. #38124, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801.

1. Eligibility: The ASPIREX Aspire to Travel Sweepstakes (hereafter referred to as the “Sweepstakes”) is only open to legal residents of the United States, excluding Rhode Island, who are members of ASPIREX in good standing, were members prior to November 7, 2025 and are 18 years or older. Employees of ASPIREX, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. In addition, this Sweepstakes is void in any jurisdiction where the contest is deemed an illegal lottery or where the sponsor is not able to comply with applicable laws.

   
   

2. Agreement to Official Rules: By participating, the participant (“You” and “Your”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these ASPIREX Aspire to Travel Sweepstakes Official Rules (“Official Rules”), and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of ASPIREX as final and binding as it relates to the content and results of this Sweepstakes.

   
   

3. Sweepstakes Period: Registration to participate in the Sweepstakes will only be accepted online via the ASPIREX Aspire to Travel Sweepstakes Registration Form (the “Registration Form”) starting October 10, 2025 and ending on November 20, 2025 at 11:59 PM MST.

   
   

4. How to Enter: Entry to the Sweepstakes requires completing the Registration Form. You may only complete the Registration Form once. Once entered, You may earn additional entries into the Sweepstakes by participating in those activities specifically identified by ASPIREX as qualifying for additional entries, which may be spinning a digital wheel, entering secret codes shared via email/social media/SMS, following ASPIREX on social media, engaging with an ASPIREX social media post, watching a video, or completing a travel preferences form. If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the Official Rules, your entry may be removed from eligibility at our sole discretion.

   ASPIREX Elite Members will receive double the entries available to Standard Members. For example, redemption of a secret code worth 10 entries for ASPIREX Standard Members will be worth 20 entries for ASPIREX Elite Members.

   
   

5. Prizes: Upon registering for the Sweepstakes, each entrant will be awarded a Registration Prize: a $25 Hotel Certificate to be redeemed for a hotel stay at aspirexbenefits.com or by calling +1-888-390-2558.  You must remain a member in good standing with ASPIREX in order to redeem any of the prizes in the Sweepstakes. The expiration or termination of your membership in ASPIREX will result in forfeiture of any unused prizes.

   One Grand Prize winner will receive four certificates:
   1) a Cruise Certificate;
   2) a Hotel Certificate;
   3) a Flight Certificate; and
   4) an Experiences Certificate.

   The total approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $3,200. Actual/estimated value may vary at the time of prize delivery and redemption. See below for additional details, terms and conditions that apply to these certificates, including restrictions on redeeming the certificates. The specific characteristics of the prize will be determined by us. Cash redemption or prize substitution is not permitted. Any expenses related to the prize, including, but not limited to, any federal, state, and/or local taxes, will be the sole responsibility of the winner. Substitution of the prize or transfer/assignment of the prize to third parties or request by the winner to receive their prize in cash is not permitted.

   
   

6. General Certificate Terms: Each certificate has no cash value, is not redeemable for cash, is non-transferable, non-refundable and is valid on new bookings only. Certificates and their redemptions are subject to the ASPIREX Program Terms and Conditions. Each certificate may only be used once and will not be refunded in the case of cancellations and you will not be provided a replacement. Certificates cannot be combined with another certificate, ASPIREX Reward Credits, or Elite Points. Other terms and conditions may apply.

   
   

7. Cruise Certificate Terms: The Sweepstakes includes a $2,000 USD certificate that is redeemable once to save up to $2,000 off a select 2025 or 2026 sailing (“Cruise Certificate”). Valid for one stateroom, double occupancy. Itineraries and sailing dates are subject to availability and blackout dates may apply. Available itineraries and sailing dates are also subject to change at any time. The Cruise Certificate expires 12 months after it is issued and must be redeemed for a cruise that sails within 18 months from the Cruise Certificate issue date.

   The Cruise Certificate does not cover gratuities, alcoholic beverages, baggage fees, upgrades, additional guests, travel expenses (airlines, ground transfers), onboard expenditures, taxes, fees or any other similar additional expenses.

   You and any cruise guest must meet all cruise eligibility requirements, including age restrictions, to sail as described on the selected cruise line’s website. Generally, any cruise guest under 21 years of age (“Underage Guest”) must be accompanied by a guest who is 21 years or older. Please note some cruise providers require the main guest to be older than 21 years of age. Please check all requirements prior to booking. If the Underage Guest is Your child, then such Underage Guest must be accompanied at all times during the cruise by You.

   All cruise guests must have all necessary identification and/or cruise documents (including, but not limited to, a valid passport, visa, if applicable, and all other necessary travel documents, which include any health certifications/proofs of vaccination that are required by the cruise line and/or the applicable governments/ports) required for the cruise.

   We are not responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any acts or omissions whatsoever by the cruise line. You are responsible for any cancellation fees imposed by the cruise line. You and any guests are also responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at your option and hereby acknowledge that we have not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance.

    

8. Hotel Certificate Terms: The Hotel Certificate may be redeemed once to save on a select hotel room booking for two--$25 in savings for the Hotel Certificate awarded with the Registration Prize and $500 in savings for the Hotel Certificate awarded with the Grand Prize. The available dates, hotels and rooms are subject to availability and change at any time. Blackout dates may apply. The Hotel Certificate must be redeemed within 12 months after it is issued for a stay that occurs within 18 months after the Hotel Certificate is issued. You are responsible for all resort fees, taxes, gratuities, travel expenses (airfare, ground transfers), travel insurance, food and beverage, or any other related additional expenses. Age restrictions may apply and may vary by property. Please review the hotel terms, conditions, and policies before booking. Proper travel documentation is required to travel and is the sole responsibility of you and any guest(s) who may accompany you.

   
   

9. Flight Terms: The Flight Certificate may be redeemed once to save up to $500 on a select flight. The Flight Certificate must be redeemed within 12 months after it is issued for a flight that occurs within 18 months after the Flight Certificate is issued. Eligible flights, itineraries and dates are subject to availability and change. The Flight Certificate only applies to the base rate, not taxes, upgrades, additional fees, etc. or any other related costs, and you are solely liable for such costs, which may be due at the time of your booking or upon check-in. 10. Experiences Terms: The Experiences Certificate may be redeemed once to save up to $200 on a select experience. Eligible experiences and dates are subject to availability and change. The Experiences Certificate must be redeemed within 12 months after it is issued for an experience that occurs within 18 months after the Experiences Certificate is issued. You are responsible for fees, taxes, gratuities, additional options and upgrades, travel expenses (airfare, ground transfers), insurance, food and beverage, or any other related expenses. Age restrictions may apply and may vary by experience and supplier. Please review the terms, conditions, and policies before booking.

    
    

11. Odds: The odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the number of completed entries.

    
    

12. Winner Selection: The entry deadline is November 20, 2025 at 11:59 PM MST. The Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected by ASPIREX from the entries.

    
    

13. Winner Notification: Winner must be an ASPIREX member in good standing to be awarded the Grand Prize. Winner will be announced on the ASPIREX Facebook and Instagram page on November 21, 2025. Winner will be contacted via the phone number and email address submitted in the Registration Form to coordinate the prize redemption. Winner must claim the Grand Prize by phone by December 5, 2025, or an alternate winner will be randomly selected. ASPIREX shall have no liability for winner’s failure to receive notices due to blocked calls, missed calls, spam, other security settings or for winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize by December 5, 2025, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected. Receipt by the winner of the prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY WINNER (AT OUR SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE PRIZE, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

    
    

14. Rights Granted by You: By entering this Sweepstakes, You understand and agree that we, anyone acting on our behalf, and our licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the world, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Sweepstakes, and biographical information for any reason, including without limitation news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review or consent. By entering this Sweepstakes, You represent and warrant that your entry is an original work of authorship, and does not violate any third party’s proprietary or intellectual property rights. If your entry infringes upon the intellectual property rights of another, You will be disqualified at our sole discretion. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from and against any suit, proceeding, claims, liability, loss, damage, costs, or expense, which we may incur, suffer, or be required to pay that arises out of Your submission to the Sweepstakes.

    
    

15. Additional ASPIREX Rights: We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website or violates these Official Rules. We have the right, in our sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes, to void Registration Forms for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by these Official Rules; or the use of bots, generative artificial intelligence, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or entry method, or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, we reserve the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability: By entering, You agree to release and hold us harmless and our subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) Your participation in the Sweepstakes, including without limitation your submission of the Registration Form, and/or Your acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; and (vi) any harm or injury that occurs during transportation to and from the cruise, hotel stay, flight or experience, during the cruise, hotel stay, flight or experience, and while participating in any excursions, cruise tours, or other stops at a port of call.

    
    

17. Disputes: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the state of Arizona without respect to any conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, You agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in the state of Arizona having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall You be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waive all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes). You further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

    
    

18. Privacy Notice: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Notice stated on the ASPIREX website.

    
    

19. Sponsor: The Sponsor of the Sweepstakes is Leisure Rewards LLC dba ASPIREX Private Member Benefits. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Grupo Vidanta.

    
    

20. Participation: By participating in the Sweepstakes, You, the participant, have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to these Official Rules and the ASPIREX Program Terms and Conditions.
